Replacement and refund

When requesting the return of a product that was delivered to the customer intact and identical to what he requested, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer and its value is 25 riyals, but when requesting the return of a product due to its arrival to the customer damaged or not conforming to what the customer requested from the site, the return shipping fee is borne by the Raghad Organics site .

The replaced/ returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used, opened or changed the packaging features of the product.
