Payment

Payment can be made by credit cards, Apple Pay, or other available electronic payment methods. All amounts will be calculated in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).

Exchange and Refund

When requesting the return of a product that was delivered to the customer intact and identical to what was ordered, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer and is valued at 3 JOD. However, if the return is due to the product being damaged upon arrival or not matching the order, Raghad Organics will cover the return shipping fee. The replaced/returned product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and must not have been used, opened, or altered in any way. Exchange or return is allowed within 7 days from the purchase date.
